Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Sakeenaty.
You must be Muslim and genuinely seeking marriage.
You must provide truthful information. Misrepresenting your identity, age, marital status, or intentions is grounds for immediate removal.
Your Account
One account per person. Duplicate accounts will be removed.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
All accounts are subject to verification. We may request additional proof of identity at any time.
Conduct & Communication
Sakeenaty is built on Islamic values. Your conduct on the platform must reflect that.
Conversations between a man and woman always include the woman's Wali (guardian). Attempting to circumvent this is a violation of our terms.
Harassment, inappropriate language, or immodest behavior will result in a ban.
Do not share personal contact information (phone numbers, social media) on the platform.
Respect every person you interact with. Ghosting, leading someone on, or wasting someone's time is taken seriously.
Matching & Communication
Connections are request-based, not swipe-based. Both parties must consent.
Connection requests require thoughtful intent. Limits may apply to prevent misuse.
All communication happens on-platform. Voice and video calls are conducted through Sakeenaty, never through external channels.
Privacy
Your privacy matters deeply to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Subscriptions & Payments
Sakeenaty is free for women. Men pay a subscription fee.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your card details directly.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you submit (photos, text, answers). By using Sakeenaty, you grant us a limited license to display your content on the platform for the purpose of facilitating matches. We will never sell your content or use it for advertising.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove any account that violates these terms, engages in harmful behavior, or is reported by multiple users. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
Disclaimers
Sakeenaty facilitates introductions. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including marriage.
We are not responsible for the actions of users outside the platform.
While we verify identities to the best of our ability, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every detail in a user's profile.
